Dr. Tzu-Chang Lee (Joe) is an Associate Professor at the Department of Urban Planning, National Cheng Kung University, where he also received his BSc and MSc degrees. He obtained his PhD in civil engineering from the Centre for Transport Studies, Imperial College London. Before taking up the current position, he had been working as an Urban Planner at Haigo Shen International Engineering Consultants Inc. and the Taipei City Government, and as a Research Associate at Imperial College London. His research interests focus primarily on traffic micro-simulation, land use and transportation interaction, land use change modelling, and motorcycle-driven societies.
