1雙饋磁阻發電機

一般風力/水力發電機容易因風速/流速劇烈變化而影響電網電力品質,由本實驗室所發展的雙饋式設計即可改善上述缺點,主要針對此電機複雜的雙繞組匹配進行前期設計邏輯開發與驗證。

2高效率同步磁阻電機

IE4為目前國際能源效率之最高等級,本實驗室主要透過磁路分析與模擬驗證進行轉子研究設計,同時使考量不同材料,探討材料對電機性能的影響,並建立數值資料庫,以提升國內之高效率同步磁阻電機設計能量。

3高速渦輪發電機

日本於2014年定調高速電機為未來發展之主軸重點;當電機操作於高速狀態時,許多參數的細微變化均可能影響系統表現,本實驗室就高速渦輪發電機研究重點則依實際負載條件進行電機設計,並基於業者加工與成本考量提升運作效率;另一研究重點則結合結構振動與疲勞極限進行耦合分析,以達到系統整體性之設計考量。

4大功率動力馬達後充磁

製作磁鐵的稀土原料國際價格趨於穩定,為求產品結構的輕量化,大功率動力系統多以永磁式電機作為開標的,而稀土的高強度磁能特性又不利於組裝,本實驗室所發展之「後充磁」技術即可結合電機設計法來解決大型永磁電動機之組裝問題。

5反應輪

反應輪為衛星姿態控制的關鍵組件,當飛輪的角動量產生變化,其獲得扭力的輸出,以推動衛星、改變衛星的姿態。反應輪所使用馬達為軸向馬達,軸向磁場電機與普通電機不同,其磁通方向為軸向,即主磁場與沿轉軸方向的電機。

1雙向驅動器設計開發

雙向驅動器設計開發:因應低能耗與高效率之產品開發趨勢,整合式啟動-發電機(Integrated Starter Generator, ISG)逐漸取代過去的直流有刷啟動馬達與發電機;除了設計上須滿足不同操作模式應有的性能外,更需一組可使電機操作於正確模式的驅動器,以方便就原始設計進行性能調校與提升

2切換式磁阻馬達漣波抑制

切換式磁阻馬達漣波抑制:切換式磁阻馬達(Switched Reluctance Motor, SRM)具有結構簡單、轉矩大、成本低等優點,但雙凸極結構造成大轉矩漣波與高噪音等問題;本實驗室則透過伺服迴路中外掛疊代學習控制器以處理高度非線性的電氣/磁路行為,並對電流進行補償達到抑制漣波的目的。

3電子電路與電機耦合

過去電動機在設計階段中,多將驅動模組與電機本體進行各別考量,待硬體實現後再進行相關參數調校;本實驗室所發展之電子電路/電機本體耦合分析開發技術則可於設計端便能有效預測控制指令/電子電路對電動機之操作行為,以提高設計準確度,並減低未來原型件之調效時間成本。

4故障分析

針對永磁同步馬達的線間短路故障進行探討,提出一基於信號分析之在線偵測故障系統。利用電機故障時,直軸電流與交軸電流產生二次諧波成分的特性,直接利用信號處理的方式,找出故障指標,不需要事先建立模型,使系統在操作於不同負載、轉速皆可在線偵測故障。

5無線充電

科技始終來自於人性,無線充電是近幾年最新的電源供應技術,而無線充電的應用相當廣泛,本實驗室主要研究車用無線充電系統及系統安全檢測。

6雙向直流轉換器

雙向DC-DC converter是應用於馬達驅動之混合式能源儲存系統中的一個電路。能源儲存系統是由電池、雙向直流轉換器,以及超級電容組成。當馬達運轉時,電池會經由直流轉換器提供穩定的輸出電壓給馬達驅動器。

在設計直流轉換器時,必須了解馬達驅動系統的特性及規格,以及相關的控制法,然後再根據馬達所需設計直流轉換器的規格及元件參數。要完成此相關研究,必須有馬達及電力電子的基礎背景知識,再根據基本理論來應用創新。
